ABOUT MAINSPRING

A full-service media communications firm, MainSpring specializes in developing materials that increase awareness, participation and giving at educational institutions and non-profit organizations. We aspire to be experts in both media and fundraising, and our history dates back to the Duke University e-solicitation series in 2002-2003. We work with institutions across the country, public and private, small and large.

MainSpring is a certified woman-owned, small business.

Our philosophy

Our philosophy is simple: one size doesn't fit all. Every organization is different and each set of constituents is different. While there may be some commonalities among them, tools need to fit the organization - not the other way around. At MainSpring we build fully customized products that are flexible to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Our process

We believe that an organized process and well-structured project team increases efficiency and leads to a better final product overall and a more satisfied client. To that end, we assign a project team dedicated to the creation, production and delivery of your project. The project team includes a dedicated project manager who leads the designer, programmer, and writer (producer, editor and video crew when necessary). Our proven process revolves around taking on the burden of the work and involving the client in review/revision aspects of the project.

Our team

Our team is made up of project managers, designers, writers, programmers, producers, editors and business development personnel. We also work with video crews around the country.
